In the event of an emergency, a fire alarm will ring. On hearing the alarm, delegates are required to evacuate the building by the nearest fire exit immediately and assemble at the designated assembly point, led by the Fire Marshal.
Food Safety and Hygiene
The Centre Manager holds a Level 2 - Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering Certificate and ensures that excellent standards of food hygiene are observed and takes an active role in monitoring the practices of staff.
